About
My name is Scott Zogbaum. I’ve always been drawn to systems that make things work better — whether it’s the human brain, flight paths, business operations, or financial strategies.
After earning my psychology degree from the University of Michigan, I began my first career as an airline pilot. In aviation, carefully crafted processes aren’t optional — they’re essential.
With time to spare between flights, my wife and I ran a small business. While we managed operations well, I felt vulnerable to the chaos of tax compliance and unexpected bills. That experience sparked a new passion: empowering other business owners to gain control of their taxes through well designed systems.
I earned a master’s in accounting from the University of New Mexico, trained under excellent tax accounting mentors, and founded Camber LLC.
In aviation, camber is the carefully engineered curve of a wing that helps create lift and stability. With taxes, the right strategy provides stability and lift for business owners — supporting growth with structure and precision.
Today, I serve a select group of clients — architects, engineers, marketers, editors, lawyers, and consultants — who value clarity, efficiency, and tax savings.
Though I work remotely from my home in Granada, Spain, my focus is entirely on U.S. based entrepreneurs who want an expert tax partner to simplify a complex system.
